At Enjoy Better Health, we offer a combined Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing treatment to relax the body, heal the mind, and magnetise, magnify and vitalise the energy centres of the body.
The healing experience is deeply meditative, as the body’s seven main Chakras are brought into alignment, by clearing any energy that is no longer serving and refreshing the body's chakras. The treatment can provide general healing or be specific, for an area of concern.

Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing is suitable for all ages. Due to the piezoelectrical charges, which crystals emit, crystal placement will be altered for clients with epilepsy or pacemakers.

Sound is used to clear energy from the body, space and crystals
Chakras are energy centres along the spin, which bring in and emit energy. The chakras may become under or over charged due to stressors, which can then manifest in to physical or emotional imbalances.

Root chakra - is located at the base of the spine, providing the foundation for life, and grounding to withstand challenges, giving a sense of security and stability.
Sacral chakra - is located just below the naval and is responsible for sexual and creative energy, as well as the relationship between personal energy and others.
Solar plexus chakra - is located in the stomach area and is responsible for confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping you feel in control.
Heart chakra - is located near the heart, in the middle of the chest and provides the ability to love , show compassion and feel joy.
Throat chakra - is located in the throat and is your verbally communication centre.
Third eye chakra - is located between the eyes and is associated with strong gut instinct, intuition and imagination.
Crown chakra - is located at the top of the head and represents the spiritual connection to oneself, as well as playing a role in life's purpose.
Healing, using crystals, sound and smudging
Each crystal is as unique as you. They have individual shapes, colours, imperfections and energy. Formed from superheated gases and mineral solutions at pressured temperatures, they travel along cracks in the earth's core to the surface, where they harden and continue to grow. When growing close to each other, they may blend with other elements, creating unique combinations and properties. Some crystals are even created from living organisms.
Certain crystals have been found to be used over 10,000 years ago in the UK, such as amber for protection and others for medicinal and ritual purposes in ancient Egypt. These include, lapis lazuli, turquoise, carnelian, emerald and quartz. Even Leonardo da Vinci reportedly kept an amethyst on his desk, to dispel evil thoughts and increase processing speed.
